This is probably because of your domain not being added to your chat widget in Zoho SalesIQ. Follow these steps to add your domain to your SalesIQ widget.

1. Navigate to https://salesiq.zoho.eu/

2. Click “Settings”

3. Click “Brands”.

4. Click your brand

5. Click “Installation”.

6. Click “Website”.

7. Click “Click to add” in Step 4.

8. Type your website url, for example: https://widgetbird.com

9. Click “Add”
